It is public record information compiled and formatted for convenience. We do not create, fabricate, or guarantee the accuracy of the underlying records — they reflect what is on file with the respective county.
3. Permitted Use
You may use purchased data solely for:
- Lawful direct mail marketing to property owners
- Internal business research and analysis
- Real estate prospecting and farming
- Other lawful commercial purposes consistent with applicable law
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use purchased data to:
- Send unsolicited email (spam) or robocalls

5. No Refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once your download link has been issued. If you experience a technical problem receiving your file, contact us at orders@twincitiesmailinglists.com and we will resolve it promptly.
