How it works
Every parcel in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties is placed on the map using official county parcel locations. Your file includes owner name, property address, owner mailing address, homestead and absentee flags, assessed value and year built — the same columns as our city and county lists. Parcels without a usable mailing address are left out, so every row is mailable.
Pricing is 4¢ per address with a $19 minimum, and never more than $149 for one area. Areas larger than 50,000 addresses are better served by a city or county list.
